Ingredients
1 kg caster sugar
2 tbsp dry lavender buds
2 tbsp dry lavender buds
When you buy lavender make sure you get culinary not aromatic! Pour the sugar in a jar. Add the lavender buds and mix it together. Close the jar ermetically and store in a dark and dry place for 20 days. Shake the jar every now and then to mix the buds with the sugar.
